How EveryJob collects, uses, and protects your information when you request a free Lead Response Scorecard.

Who we are

EveryJob operates in Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Questions or requests: hello@everyjob.com.au.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the scorecard form, plus basic technical details recorded with your submission:

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not use the form to gather anything beyond what is listed above.

Why we collect it

We use your details to prepare and deliver your free Lead Response Scorecard and to follow up with you about the results and related services that can fix the issues it finds. That is the whole purpose: no unrelated marketing lists, no profiling.

Consent

We only contact you because you asked us to: you entered your own details and ticked the consent checkbox on the form. That express consent is our basis for sending you the scorecard and following up. You can withdraw consent at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in every email we send, or by emailing hello@everyjob.com.au. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 5 business days.

How we store and share it

Your details are stored in our lead management systems and processed by the service providers we need to deliver the scorecard, in particular Resend, our email delivery provider. Some providers may process data on servers located outside Australia; we only use providers with appropriate security practices.

We never sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers required to deliver what you asked for, or where the law requires it.

Short version: we use your details to send your scorecard and talk to you about it. Nothing else. Unsubscribe anytime and we stop.

Access, correction, and deletion

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the APPs you can ask us at any time to:

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first at hello@everyjob.com.au and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Material changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated to you directly where practical.
